Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and interactions such as trying the desk demo, opening an FAQ, requesting release information and clicking support links. Analytics includes information such as the page visited, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location derived by the hosting provider.
Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. We remove query strings and URL fragments from events and do not deliberately send names, email addresses, licence keys or payment details. Only the homepage and this privacy page are tracked. We do not load analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Read Vercel’s analytics privacy information and Vercel’s privacy policy for its processing and retention practices. Hosting providers may also process technical request logs to deliver and secure the site.
Contacting us
If you email support@startupmill.co, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use this to answer your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or licence keys unless support specifically needs licence information to resolve your request. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Downloads and payments
The public app release and Pro checkout are coming soon. This site does not currently collect payments or deliver app downloads. A click on a coming-soon button records interest, not a completed purchase or download.
The interactive desk
The website demo is an illustration. It does not access your connected displays, control your computers or read files from your device.
Your choices
You can use browser tracking controls or contact us about your information. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us, email support@startupmill.co. We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
